I am trying to make an Employment Application..have it on a web page in a form format... Allow viewers to type in their info, and then email to me by a simple "submit" button.... any ideas?

Check with your hosting service to see which server-side scripts they support... somethin like ASP, PHP, JSP, Perl, etc....

You want a server-side script that will read the form values out of the HTTP Request and put them into an email message.

I have several hosting sites....Godaddy.com, and yahoo geocities....and actually, the page that I need this to go on will be on a Geocities account... Yahoo states that it does support PHP....
I know how to allow a feedback input...etc...
but how do to get it to send the whole form back in its
original format...and including the applicants info...

For the sake of a couple of pounds a month you might aswell transfer to a proper hosting provider, you wont have issues with standard script support then.
