Submission Confirmation Form

I have used the Database Wizard to create a Database connection and submission form using FP2002. Is there a way to edit the Submission Confirmation Form? I would like to change the default "Return To Form" link to another place as well as add the statement to print for your records.

I'm not sure if I follow you but...
Right-click somewhere in the form and choose Form Properties. Click the Options button and then the Confirmation Page tab.
