Submirror need maintenace

Dears
when I excecute metastat command
it seems my one way mirror status (Need maintenance)what should I do???????
the O/P of the command is shown below

Do you have spare capacity which you could use to invoke the matareplace command as suggested?

I don't mind people who aren't what they seem. I just wish they'd make their mind up.
