submenu on click - remains up after click?

Anyone know if it's possible in Fireworks (or by editing the .js or .html file) to have a SUBMENU pop-up only on CLICK instead of as a rollover? Also, I've got my pop-up menu in my top frame, and when I do click on a menu item, I need the pop-up to stay up and not go away...can't figure that out either.

Thanks for any help!
