Subliminal Clips

Hi guys,

I just wanted to ask a few questions about Subliminal clips.

1. Firstly, are they illegal? Does this depend on the context?

2. How many frames do they have to be to not actually be conciously noticed but still register with the Subconcious?

3. Are there any other things that i need to know about them?
