Sublimaton process and magenta

Okay Spyderix.

I was hoping that since the other issue seemed to be of the same nature I would have my answer.

The issue at hand is that the epson 1280 printer had worked fine for about 3 months and then no matter what has been tried the images come out with too much magenta hue. I think it's important to mention that this is during the sublimation process.

what should I do.

If the sky is blue and the Sun is yellow.... Why isn't the air Green?
 
I don't have an epson 1280 but I ran it this with my printer.
The problem I had was I installed third party inks when I went back to using Lexmark inks it solved the problem.

Hi,

As Thom said, you should always use the proper ink for the printer. Perhaps your current cartridge is running out or faulty. Have you tried putting in a new cartridge, or is this one new?
