Hi,
We have a client who is insisting that since moving to a different e-mail domain, any e-mails sent from our application (web application) are being deleted.
Their IT tracked this down to the subject being blank and so they delete it as part of their spam control.
However, we knew there was a subject line and to confirm we added ourselves to the CC list. We also added some of the client's staff who still had an old account and they receive the e-mails with a subject on their old account.
Although this would be proof enough, they are still insisting it is our problem and rather than just say no, I would like to go back to them with an answer as to why this may be happening.
One thing to note is that the emails being sent are being sent from the same person as who is receiving them. i.e. sent from "personA@thisdomain.com" and sent to "personA@thisdomain.com".
Any help from email wizards would be great...
