subinterfaces for fully meshed network

What's the groups concensus for utilizing subinterfaces on a fully meshed frame network. Is there any value?

I'd like to even go one further. In order to use traffic shaping, is the subinterfaces important to have?
So that as your frame pvc sizes vary you can specify the link sizes in traffic shaping.

Yes, if you want to do traffic shaping on a per-flow basis, it would be important to create sub-interfaces in which to control it.

I am not sure of any easier way to do it...
