My employee database is displaying individual info of each employee through subforms because there is so much info. All subforms where info is linked from the employee table is fine. I have one field "Location" displaying where the employee is located. This info is being pulled from the "locations table". The Location name (ie Denver, CO) shows fine in the table, but when I try to put it in a subform, I get the Location ID number and not the location name. How do I correct this in Access 2007

Have you used a field defined as a Lookup? If so, many of us old-timers consider this a bad practice. Typically if you want a "name" to display, you must have the table containing the "name" field in the record source. Make sure the control is bound to the "name" field.
