Hi,

The report form was created with subform. However, subform shows up "Descending" order. It's ok in main form because it is set to "Ascending" order.

How do I change the display order of subform to "Ascending" ?

acnovice,

I assume you are using a datasheet view?? If so then select any field and right mouse click. You can change the sorting order from there.

If not... Then need more info.... [thumbsup2]

You should use a subreport where you can set the sorting and grouping.

Hi Guys,

Thank you for the answers... I used "subreport" for that and it works perfect.

Have a good weekend.
