Studying CIL buffer on HDU I've found in Alex:
"A maximum of 8 sub file systems can be used on each HDU, each occupying a maximum of 64 Mbyte."

But If I use Compact Flash of 256 Mbyte, I can have sub file systems of 128 Mbytes maximum. Is that true?

On the other hand, I have another MD110 with a 8 Gigabytes HDU connected to a NIU, but Alex says: "If the HDU to use is the same as the one for the system back-up (often used in small systems i.e. one or two LIM systems), the file system node name must be the default pre-defined /SYSN/USR1/ACS/CIL/."
Is that true? Not matter how much capacity has my hard disk I have to use the system subfile system (with 64 Mb of maximum capacity)?? Any "trick" or something for storing CIL records on HD without the sub file system capacity restriction?

Thx in advance!!

I answer my self the first question:
When I/O board is a NIU2 the maximum subfile system size is 254 Mb.
