Subdatasheet problem

I pick up this database and am trying to clean it up. In the process I've eliminated tables, renamed fields, etc. I also set up relationships. Now I have an issue with viewing a subdatasheet and do not know which thing I did that made the blunder.

When I click on the plus sign next to a record to view the subdatasheet, it comes up with a parameter box asking for field input on a field that was either deleted in a previous table or could possibly be a renamed field. It asks twice, each time I click "OK" and it continues. Though the fields for the current relationship do come up finally, the subdatasheet has only blank records. The currently joined field also shows up. It's almost like it recognizes the the current relationship but is looking to join the fields on a previous relationship.

I don't know how clear I am being here, but any guidance would be appreciated.

TIA,
Melanie

Yep, just had this problem, try this:

On the menu bar go to Format>SubDatsheet>Remove

This will remove the current connection that is giving you problems, then go to Insert>Subdatasheet,

A dialog box will appear, then you just need to select the table you want.

Yes, this is how I corrected it. After further investigation, I found that I had several indexes listed that needed to be removed. That was what caused the problem. However, deleting the subdatasheet and reinserting it was the easiest and fastest way to fix it. I picked this database up from someone else and there are numerous problems like this. Lots of little things that can really get under my skin.
