Subcriber Options Installation - Desktop

We are looking to install the Subscriber Options as a standard desktop deployment corporate-wide but we are not utilizing the Outlook PlugIn.
How can we install the Subscriber Options only? Initial step-through seems to have this install trying to set up the Outlook integration too.
Thx.
