Sub Totals

I have a monthly report which lists the calls made by reps to customers.

The report shows the days on which these calls were made and the number of calls for that day by that rep.

I would like to sub total the calls by rep as shown below:

06/02 Rep 1 1

06/14 Rep1 2

06/24 Rep1 1

06/30 Rep1 3

-------------------------------------

Total 7




06/05 Rep2 1

06/15 Rep2 4

06/23 Rep2 3

06/27 Rep2 2

-------------------------------------

Total 10


And so on.

It seems as if you need to group on rep, that way you can add a Sum to the group footer. You may find that the report wizard is the easiest way to build this.
