for grand total i have the code below.Any idea where i just get grand total 300 where 58 is instead of having to see at every user. Thanks
sum ({MEDICAL_REPORT_OBJECT.EDI_ID});
numbervar grandtotal;
numbervar grandtotal := grandtotal + {@grandtotal};
-----------------------
userid totallines
5 100
grand total: 100

19 50
grand total: 150

58 150

-------------------------

userid totallines
5 100

Right Click on the totallines field and choose Insert->Summary.

Make sure the bottom drop down box says Report Total and Click OK.

It would seem that you are just looking for a running total that should be placed in the report footer. It appears that you have a running total placed in each detail line or group footer (if there are groups)
