Sub Seven Attack from my mail server

Hello All,

Can anyone explain me how or why my firewall is alerting me of Sub Seven Attacks originating from my mail server (private IP address) and destined to the Internet (a public IP address)?

Does that mean that my server has a Trojan? I have anti-virus for Exchange installed on the server. What else should I look for?

Any ideas are appreciated.
