Hello,
I have a report that has 3 sub reports in Access 2000.I would like my report to have a parameter query.Problem is, I added " between (type beginning date) and (type ending date)" criteria to my query. All 3 subreports are based on the same query.

When I open my report it prompts for the start and end date 3 times ( I guess for each subreport).

Any way I can set up my report so I can enter a start and end date once only ?

Thanks
Debbie

Hi

Make a form.

On the form put

From Date and To date (text boxes)

And abutton which calls your report (wizard will guide you through this

Amd you queries so that the criteria are the text boxes on the form (using FORMS!frmNAme!txtFRomDAte type syntaxt, the builder button on the criteria line of the query grid, will guide you through this)
