After developing my project management report, I was very pleased but decided it was not entirly readable. I have used a number of sub reports to get my results, but mnay of the sub reports return, effectivly, no records so I just get the group headers. Is there a way in which to suppress the entire subreport if no results are returned or, alternativly, display in the group header a small message indicating that no information was found, and supressing the details section where the subreport is located??

Cheers

Dogmatic,

Have you tried editing your subreports - and go to FIle>Report Options and tick the box that says "Suppress Printing if No Records"?

Hope this helps,
