Sub report skips extra line after data

I have a subreport that displays the correct info
But it is skipping an extra line so the main report looks
A little funny. Where is this setting coming from.

just a guess because i know nothing of the reports grouping?

I did not set up any grouping,
I simply created a 1 field sub report.

Pack10,
Apply different colors to the backgrounds of every control and section. This should help you identify what might be happening.
