Hello All,

I have created a sub-report with dynamic parameter to filter records using “Select Expert” Conditions, if I navigate each page It is prompting for the parameter.

1. Why it is asking for each page?
2. Can I use main report parameter in Subreport’s select expert?
3. How do I use oracle query with aggregate functions with dynamic parameters?

Thanks in advance

Parameters should always be in the main report. They can be passed down using Edit > Subreport Links. Note that this will create an entry in Report > Selection Formulas > Record. (You should be using this rather than "Select Expert", which is just for beginners.)

Where is the subreport placed? If you want it run just once then it should be in a Report Header or Report Footer section.

Oracle I can't help you with, never used it.

It always helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
