Sub Report Parameters

I have a report that has 3 on demand subreports that I have created parameters for.Then main report is a summary report and the sub reports provides details. When I refresh the main report, It displays all of the parameter values for each sub report report.

Is it possible to only be prompted for the parameters when the on demand sub report is called?

If you are using the same parameters in main and subs, and you don't want separate prompts for each, then you can link the parameters to each other, using the dropdown in the lower left of the edit subreport links screen in order to choose the subreport parameter {?parm}, instead of the default {?pm-?parm}.

If they are different parameters, the answer is no--I believe the parameter selections must be made up front.
