Sub Report (not showing dta in table correctly)

This is an odd one. I have an unbound sub report in my main report (section = Report Footer). My sub report has as it's sourceobject a table, which is created during the report header section. After the report runs and shows to screen, the table shows exactly what I want to see in the subreport, however the subreport looks like this.

123 1
123 1
124 10
125 25

Having the top item showing twice. The table does have this in it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I suppose that you have 2 textboxes in your subreport : one for "item" and one for "page".
If this is the case set the property HideDuplicates of the textbox for "item" to Yes. (The default is No)This can also be done in VBA in the On Format event : Me.item.HideDuplicates
