Sub Report Frame takes up space on all consecutive pages

Hi

At present everytime I include a Summary report (as a sub report) in my report the frame I allocate to it takes up the same amount of space in every consecutive page regardless of whether there is any information left to be displayed. Consequently my detail report starts a third of the way down the page on every new page.

Is there a way around this? (there's got to be! it must be really simple!!! why can't I find it!! Please! someone! anyone! it's driving me mad.)

I haven't found a true workaround yet. As such, I usually present sub-report data in the page footer, and limit it to summary presentation of related data.
