Sub Report Data Truncated

Using Crystal 7 and an ODBC data source.

Have a main report with 4 subreports. The subreports are truncating rows of data as the records returned exceed the number of lines the page will allow.

I have changed many setting but have not found the correct one that will allow a new page to be generated when needed.

I can export the sub report and it does create the new page when needed.

How can this be corrected?

If I understand what you're saying, try creating a new section for the sub report and check new page before.

Hi LaurieHamlin,

That would not work. The problem is, lets say the page will only support 25 rows of data and the report returns 30 rows of data. The last 5 rows are truncated.

Can you make the rows shorter or change the margins to fit more on a page?

Well I have been playing around and found that if I increased the detail section just ever so slightly, now the overflow of data goes t the next page.

Crazy stuff......
