I have a Micros RES 3700 v5.2 and I am trying to have different prices for Rocks, Neat, etc. I created sub menu levels for the revenue centers and the touchscreen buttons for Rocks, Neat, etc, so when you order a drink and press the neat button, it comes up with the correct pricing.

However, when I go to order a second drink and press the martini button, all the previous drinks change to Martini. Am I missing something here? How do I prevent this from happening? I just want to press absolut neat for 1 drink and absolut martini for another and have them keep the previous prices.

Please help.

I just figured it out. I created sub menu levels with 4 different prices, then created a touchscreen buttons with "Category--- Function:Transaction: Sub Level 1.

I had used the Function:Transaction: Menu Level Select Sub Lvl 1. This would work, but only for the very first item entered on a check. Any menu items entered after the first item would revert to the default level pricing.
