Can you go from SU06 to SU11 or do you have to go to SU08 first? Thanks in advance!!

Should be able to do that no problem. Remember you should also update your CallPilot manager, security PEP's, application builder and desktop messaging.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

I went from SU07 to SU11 without any issues.

For those folks that have SU11 running, have you seen any issues with it? I plan on installing it shortly to resolve the email notfication email issues where my users get a letter C in the subject line. I'm running SU9 now.

That is odd. I just checked my notification - no C. The subject just says CallPilot Notification.

I haven't seen any issues with it. I updated 9 servers to SU11 back in March. So far, so good.
