SU04 for CCMA

Hi,
I installed SU04 on CCMA server.After that Real time screens doesn't work on some computers. Operating system is win 2000. I made some changes on explorer settings depends on su04 document, but no way. Do you know any solution for this problem?

You must read the documentation with S04! It changes communication from SOAP to .NET. You need to plan to migrate clients to remove SOAP and install .NET. There is a bulletin out that goes into more detail.
One last thing: I thought CCMA only ran on Win 2003.

Let me correct something.CCMA server is win2003,client computers are win 2000. Yesterday i tried to install new activex whichs are coming with SU04.I can see real time screens now.
I gave it to customer to install it on all machines.
