Stupidly annoying question Avaya 4602 Phones

Hi,

I can't find anywhere how you perform a call pickup using the 4602SW phones, according to the feature lists you can do it?

You will need to add pick-up next and populate the members you want to be able to pick up other phone calls.

Then display features and get the FAC from there.

I have added a call pickup group with all the users in it. I was wondering how you physically picked up the call on the 4602 as it has no call pickup button and you cannot assign buttons in the station settings.

You will need to first assign the call-pickup feature access code to the change feature screen. The normal standard is *7.

Then, when another phone is ringing - they will lift their receiver and press the access code. This will automatically answer the phone that is in the group and ringing.
