Have a Partner Mail VS R5...appears to be set up OK but when calling into auto-attendant and pressing an ext # the system transfers the call...BUT It rings a couple of times and then say's "transfering call to attendant" the actual mailbox never answers..I've checked everything..Any suggestions? Thanks
 
check to be sure voice mail coverage is on for the extensions
 
1. make sure you have mailbox for user.
2. make sure selector code is set to direct extension transfer
3. make sure extension is in coverage #310
