sorry for a stupid question, but i can't find what tick to check to give supervisors ability to save/email calls. i did check the tick 'save/email' in the application permissions for a particular user, for a group in which the user is a member and on the system level -- no go, still can't. he can search calls and replay them via lan (no rap units here) but can't save, the button is grayed out.
'nice' login also can't do it.
replaying a call, when the audio is all buffered, sometimes there's an enabled file -> save audio as menu item in media player, but mostly it's also grayed out.
i'm at loss. i feel i'm missing something simple and stupid but just can't figure it out.
the system is 8.9 cmapi with cls.
