Hi All,

Excuse the, most likely, stupid question! I have kinda been thrown into the position of organizing the cables from our hubs to our patch panel and I need a way to label the cables. I guess I could use one of those P-Touch label makers and wrap the piece around the cable. However, I was wondering if there was anything made especially for labelling network cables. Can anyone help? Thanks!

George, you can get a cabel ID label printer from Data Comm Warehouse
1-800-689-4933. called I. D. Pro Plus DTS1467 $389.99

NetworkB - I recommend a Brady Pro, also available through Data Com Warehouse. It has speciality labels for cable identification and wrap that protects the print. The expensive model ($750.00) is laser printed and will not smear.
