STUMPED! Fax Server Question

Hi Everyone,

I just installed a Diamond SupraMax 56K USB Modem onto my Windows 2003 Server. I have the Fax services set up and am able to connect from my computer.

Whenever I print from Word, the document is sent to the Fax/Print Queue and the Server dials out. After about a minute, the Fax Monitor says "Unable to connect, no answer".

I have tried this from the server as well (send a Fax) but the server gives me the same response.

Also, I did connect the modem line to a regular POTS phone was able to dial out.

Any direction would be very helpful!
