Stuck tape

Hi all
I have this tape which is stuck in IBM ultrium td2 drive
I've tried everything and it didn't work, so I have to remove it manually but I can't find any doc explaining how to do it? so can anyone help me or give me some docs



any help will be appreciated

There is no way of removing the tape without removing the top cover. It is a very intricate process and the components of the thread system can be damaged easily. We can do this for you. Contact Michael Ramey at Pinetree P3eripherals (303)776-5066 for details.
