stuck on handsfree

We just had a new BCM50 installed and we have a 1230 that appears to be stuck on handsfree. Is the phone bad or is there a setting the user could have changed to make the phone that way?

Step #1 - Make sure the BCM 50 3.0 is fully patched up-to-date.

Step #2 - It's not a bad phone. If step #1 does not work, raise a trouble ticket.
