Stuck in Extended Wrapup

I have a customer running IPOCC 9.1.8. They have been running mostly problem free since I upgraded them last September.

However they have lately been having a problem, where an agent goes into extended wrap and is unable to go back to available. Even logging out and back into the UI doesn't fix this, they will still be in extended wrap up. Deleting the agent and recreating sometimes fixes this and sometime doesn't.

I just restarted IPOCC services to see is this fixes this, but wanted to check here and see if anyone else has seen this.

Thanks,

Restarting the services should fix it.

What's the No Answer time on your agents in IPO and the Agent Group No Answer time in IPOCC?
The setting in IPO should be at least 10 seconds higher then the ring timeout on the agent group or you might get issues.

Thanks Janni!! I had already restarted services to fix this. I have adjusted the no answer times. I had created new topics and call flows since the existing call flows were really messed up. Everything ran fine with the new call flows for the first 2 weeks then this problem arose. Hopefully now that I've made the changes it won't happen again.
