Stuck Ctrl key with VPC

Hi,

I have a strange problem with VPC. If I press Ctrl+Enter to toggle to the primary OS and then again to toggle back to Virtual PC, the guest OS behaves as if the Ctrl key was pressed down. To "unlock" this feature, I can press the Ctrl key again. Any idea what can cause this or how it can be avoided?
