Hello,

I've installed SharePoint with all the defaults and created a portal site. The site is located on the default web site. When the portal creation was complete the link to take me to the site brought me to and the page displayed was the "under construction page". So I looked at the stsfltr ISAPI filter on the default web site and noticed it was set as unknown.

Any ideas how this could happen and how to fix it?
