Hello. This is a specific question about the STS_WPG group, for which I am having some difficulty getting information about. This group is mentioned in some solutions for a Web Part Error that I have encountered. The solutions are to verify the permissions on the WinDir\Temp and WinDir\system32\logfiles folders. The permissions to verify are Admin, System, Network Services(not applicable to my config), and STS_WPG. This group however does not exist on this SharePoint Server. How critical is this? Is this group only required if a server farm is involved? The configuration that I am dealing with is a single server (Windows Server 2003) only (with Terminal and VPN access). If this group does need to exist on the server, is it just a simple matter of creating the group? Is there a specific SharePoint action that must be done? Any information that can be shared on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
