Is there anyway to copy the settings of one set to another set?

No. The only way is through flash 50 or 51 as far as I know. Do you have a manual?

Yes we have manual, we can do it in a range or one at a time, but looking for a short cut. Also, do you know how we can find out the auto attendant password. we need to change the main greeting on mailbox 150.

We are not allowed to give out passwords on this site, but it is in your manual. If you log onto the voicemail as an administrator you can go into auto attendant programming. Look for flash based voicemail programming. If the passwords do not work it is because someone has changed it. You will need to contact the last person that programmed the voicemail for the current passwords.
