STS programming question

Hi,
We have 5 phone lines at our business. If you specifically dial into line 5, or if it rolls into line 5, the voice mail announcemnet is picking up immediately. Line 5 is the designated after hours you call to check your voice mail. Also, after hours phones are being immediately answered and not ringing through. Is there a way to overide or reset this so the phone rings afew times first?
