i can not link issues to documents, tasks, other issues, etc. on any of my sharepoint sites. when i click the link on an issue to link a document (etc.) it says "there are no project documents submitted to this project" when several documents exist in the shared doc library. (the dropdown to select a document library is also disabled) any suggestions?
