Good Morning guys,

I am struggling with Telmex on International calls and wondering if anyone has experience with them.

Our Nuevo Laredo office recenetly had PRI Service installed, all calls except international are working. In the ARS, I have tried using both INTL and PUBU calls but both end in "denial event 1164: ISDN reject D2=DG/LOC/CV D1=0x20 D2=0x66"

Now for me, in the past this has been a carrier issue. Telmex however is telling me it's a problem with the route pattern.

Local, Cell and National calls all work over the same routing pattern. Just International Fail.

Does anyone have any ideas?

how many digits are you allowing min max in your ars for int calls?

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

13 / 13

We have a location in Juarez also, and it's set this way as well.
