Greetings All,

Running NW6.5.5 and GW 7.0.1

Tomcat4 loads fine
AP2WEBUP loads fine
APACHE2 loads fine

When I load STRWEB I get the following (below)
So I found TID 10100507 which mentions to modify the WEBAC65A Object in
Console One, but I don't have this object. I do have the WEBAC70A folder
in my sys:\grouwpise\domain\wpgate folder.

Is this my problem?

Thanks in advance,

-andy-

You should have a configuration file called 'WEBACC70A.WAA' (OR SOMETHING VERY SIMILAR).

Make sure this file contains the path to your Webaccess Gateway directory. For example, this line should exist (replace with your own path):

/ph=\\server\volume\grpwise\domain\WPGATE\WEBAC70A

Also, the config file mentioned above should be referenced in your STRTWEB.NCF file like this: load gwinter @webacc70a.waa

Revised - OK - so I was able to add the object in Console1. STRTWEB now loads,
no errors. I redirected the httpd.conf file to gw/webacc.

When I hit I get a page that has the index (file
listing) of Y:\Apache2\htdocs Looks like a redirection issue? I have no
error anywhere in the logger screen, jave, etc.

You should have an INDEX.HTML file in htdocs. if it's not there, that's why you get the directory listing.

The GroupWise install will change the default INDEX.HTML file so that you get GroupWise webaccess.. but only if you tell it to.. If you don't choose that option at the start, it puts a file in the htdocs called "NOVELL.HTML" that you can just rename to INDEX.HTML.

7 doesnt prompt you to cahnge it
that was earlier versions

you need to modify your index.html and add a redirect in
there is a tid on this as you can do it in http.conf or the index.html

index.html is easier
