check out the wheelock catalog here , Ive used the telephone relay that will trip 110 on ring voltage with something like a floodlight or 200 watt bulb you can trip any 110 device
A couple of things come to mind, but try this for a ring relay:
and couple it to this:
That and a 12-48 volt DC supply and you have a strobe that follows the ring.

I like all the items mentioned I will have to check things out as the one important thing i forgot to mention is that the strobe's will be outdoors so it will need to be weatherproof or outdoor rated, thanks everyone
