This seems to be a very popular problem yet am shocked that Microsoft hasn't provided any tools to its customers. We sent out an email blast from CRM to about 1500 contacts and about 75 came back as "undeliverable" back to the inbox of the account used to sent the emails.
This is painful to try and get a list of the email addresses that failed. I exported to excel, then manually took out each email address from the memo field. I've tried to do a crystal report, but it does not bring in the "Contents" column. Access shows the column, but can't see all the data.
Why does Exchange not reference the failed email address in a separate column is this is such a common problem?
