string to number

Hello.

I copied a column of numbers from another sheet. Now, the numbers are stored as strings.

I used "Data", "Text to Columns" but it still does not work!

Is there anything I could use?

Type 1 in a blank cell

Edit, Copy.

Highlihgt your cells with strings.

Edit, Paste Special, Multiply, OK.

BTW, if you had done a search, you would have found MANY threads related to the same thing.
