does it exist something like the "LIKE" of oracle to compare if 2 string look like the same

Yes, Mysql supports the standard like predicate.

by the way do u know how to make the comparaton of 2 date :
between sysdate and the date in the db

To get the current system date use the standard function
current_date. (To get both date and time, use current_timestamp.)
