Hello. Engineering question: We have a tenant that is setup with 20 ports of Embedded Voicemail. There are 100 subscribers, Auto Attendant and ACD. 6 ports are reserved for RADs. They want the dial by name/extension etc for all 3 of their sites. All front ended by auto attendant. Problem: ports need to be reserved to play alternate greetings allowing dial by name since multi level auto attendant does not provide that capability? All different hours of operation. They also want to incorporate the Spanish language. Next they will want spanish prompts. The bulk of their calls are hitting the auto attendant as DIDs are not yet widely published. It feels like they are stretching the limits and the top level auto attendant structure seems to be difficult to configure given that we have single digits already programmed in our enterprise for ARS. Not to mention that it would require providing them with the administrative access to the system as a manager which is not something we are inclined to do. I'm thinking we should move them to NuPoint? Call Director seems to fit their needs better. Any thoughts or opinions? Is Embedded Voicemail a good solution? Maybe its stretching the limits of my patience or experience with it. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
