Stretch graphic at runtime 1

I have a default graphic field in the page header section of my reports that gets set to the desired picture at runtime. I also resize the field to fit the size of the picture. I now need to be able to stretch or scale the graphic by a ratio, say 25% of full size then adjust the size of the field to match the graphic.

Any suggstions?

Crystal version?
How is the report ran? VB, CE, or?

Sorry about the lack of relevant info. I am working with Crystal v9 Developer, Visual Basic v6, and am using DSR's. I am transfering a graphic from a StdPicture variable into a Crystal OLE object during the section formating event.
