Does anyone have any experience streaming video for their intranet? We have a number of mpg files that are training material that we wish to put on our intranet, however they are over 600mb in size each. We somehow need to stream them out for our users who may be connecting up with a modem to watch them, but we also do not want to break them down to smaller files so we also need some way to index them so they can jump to points within the files. I know MPEG-2 has indexing capabilities, but I somehow need to do it with Windows Media player or Real Audio player. If anyone can provide me any help or a link to a site that has info on doing what I'm trying to do I'd appreciate it.

Thanks.
